关于类似UltraEdit的文件改变监视

只要在程序Active(从其它的程序切换到本程序的时候,判断一下文件的时间或者大小即可!)

这个还需要修改一些事件和属性

还可以动态增加监视的驱动器

似乎不可以用多个构件来监视不同的地方,不过我发现原来这样是可以的

不过,这个监视无法实现文件大小变化的处理,因为 ShellNotifyRegister 根本没有这样的参数可以使用。 我也不知道怎么办,你有办法吗?
