Oracle8中用户名、表名、列名、索引名...可以用中文命名吗？

软件环境：

1、Windows NT4.0+ORACLE 8.0.4

2、ORACLE安装路径为：C:\ORANT

SQL> create user 用户1 identified by 密码;
